Malesine Afrique is an African Cuisine which serves all kinds of African food. It reflects the diverse range of culinary traditions embodied by the various communities that inhabit the continent.
It is a style of cooking characterized by distinctive ingredients, techniques and dishes, and usually associated with a specific culture or geographic region. Region food preparation techniques, customs, and ingredients combine to enable dishes unique to a region.
As we all know Africans are best at growing organic foods. Many of the most common plants consumed around the world originated from Africa. The variety in climate in Africa makes it an ideal place for farming and growing vegetables. Some of the widely consumed vegetables in Africa are potatoes, okra, and yams. So what is a better cuisine if not an African one.
The dishes served at our cuisine surpasses sustenance and becomes mental energy evoking emotion. It satisfies the needs of the body, but touches deeper places like the soul and spirit.
If I were to describe our food in just one word I would say FLAVORSOME. Flavorsome indicates good tasting, full of flavour, appetizing, yummy, mouth watering, delicious, toothsome and also tempting. Our style of cooking and serving is like no other and we keep it real.
The kinds of dishes that we serve are as follows: We serve Pap and Mogodu, Pap and Beef Stew, Pap and Chicken Stew, Pap and Cabbage, Pap and Spinach, Pap and Boerewors, Samp and Beans and etc. All these dishes have their own different prices.
Their prices are as follows:
1. Pap and Mogodu = R702. Pap and Beef stew = R90
3. Pap and Chicken stew = R80
4. Pap and Cabbage or Spinach = R30
5. Samp and Beans = R40
